Counter-Strike 1.3 - This file
will install the full version of Counter-Strike 1.3 for
Windows on your machine (100.5 MB). It has all the same
features as the Retail Counter-Strike 1.3 product. If you
are using an ATI video card, then you will also need to
download the ATI Fix.
Counter-Strike version 1.1 to 1.3 upgrade - This patch
upgrades version 1.1 of Counter-Strike to the full 1.3
version. (19.5 MB) It has all the same features as the
Retail Counter-Strike 1.3 product. If you are using an
ATI video card, then you will also need to download
the CS Retail ATI Fix.
Retail Counter-Strike 1.0.0.3 Full Upgrade - This patch will
upgrade your retail Counter-Strike to version 1.0.0.3. Only
people who've bought the retail version of
Counter-strike should install this upgrade. (78.7Mb)
In addition to this patch, you will also need to
download the Map Fix Patch,
which fixes issues with the de_survivor and de_inferno
maps. If you are using an ATI video card, then you
will also need to download the CS Retail ATI Fix.
Counter-Strike Linux Server - This file contains
the complete packages required to run a Counter-Strike
1.3-compatible Linux Dedicated Server (85.8Mb).
Counter-Strike Linux Server Upgrade - This will upgrade
your existing Counter-Strike Linux Dedicated Server
installation to the most recent version. (30.8Mb)
Missing Mappack - This mappack
is for CS Retail users only and it contains all maps
not included in the official HL: CS install and patch.
Note: The Mappack is unofficial and not supported
by Valve.
GameSpy Arcade Web Installer - Used to play
multiplayer Half-Life on the Internet (160 KB). Run
this program to download GameSpy Arcade from the
fastest mirror available to you. With this program
you can choose which components you wish to download
(and which you do not).
GameSpy Arcade Full Installer - Used to play
multiplayer Half-Life on the Internet (4 MB). This
program contains all the components required to
install GameSpy Arcade version 1.0, and includes all
available optional components as well. If you would
rather have a choice over which components to download,
then grab the Web-based Installer instead.
